Job Description:
- Achieve a well-organized plan and schedule of all required materials management related activities in the plant through effective planning and organizing, communication and coordination with all operating units
- Leads and supervises Material Controllers in achieving section objectives
- Manage, plans and controls the maintenance of master data for material requirements planning to maintain inventory levels
- Prepares and monitors high level critical demand planning activities and critical spare parts
Basic Requirement:
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Production, Mechanical, or related field)
- Strong knowledge of warehousing and materials planning in the utilities environments
- Minimum 10 years related experience with 3 years in managerial capacity
- Work Experience in a Power Operations and Maintenance
MATERIAL CONTROLLER - Rabigh Water and Electricity Company
Job Description:
- Issues PR for stock replenishment, new items for Maintenance
- Issues MO from Maintenance's;
- Follows-up Min/Max daily
- Performs weekly stock take
- Codes and updates data in Oracle
- Assists Planners on PM Documentation
- Prepare and monitors the availability of critical materials.
- Exhibits strong proficiency in receiving, data entry of incoming goods, tagging, skillful in PMS handheld scanners to performs a combination of task related to receipt, issue cycle count, preservation and storage
- Determine method of storage, identification and stock allocation based on turnover, environmental factors, and physical capacity of exits/new facility
Qualification:
- High School or Technical/Vocational School Graduate
- Basic knowledge of warehouse management (Systems, processes and procedures)
- At least 2 years of related work experience
- Experience in IPP a must; experience in a Power Plant or Industrial Environment preferred
- Experience in ERP (Oracle, OCEN, SAP, Maximo, etc)
