Lowongan Kerja Terbaru Januari 2017 Tanjung Power Indonesia adalah anak perusahaan Adaro, dengan fungsinya untuk mengembangkan, membangun dan mengoperasikan pembangkit listrik bertenaga batubara dengan kapasitas 2x100MW di Kalimantan Selatan di bawah mekanisme IPP PLN.

Pembangkit yang dibangun akan menggunakan sekitar 1 juta ton batubara per tahun, yang sebagian besar akan dipasok oleh Adaro.

Sejarah berdiri PT Tanjung Power Indonesia

PT. Tanjung Power Indonesia didirikan pada bulan Agustus 2013. Perusahaan ini merupakan suatu konsorsium antara AP (65%) dan PT EWP Indonesia (35%) yang merupakan anak perusahaan Korea Electric Power Corp. (KEPCO) dengan kepemilikan tidak langsung.

HSE Manager - Tanjung Power Indonesia

Employment Status: Permanent
Work Location: Tanjung - Tabalong, South Kalimantan

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for establishing, implementing, maintaining and improving health, safety and environmental management system in accordance with applicable regulations, AMDAL and international standards (e.g. Equatorial Principles III, IFC Performance Standard, and IFC EHS Guidelines).
Establish HSE long term and short term objectives including work plan and budget to contribute the achievement of the organization vision and mission.
Develop HSE management system in accordance with the prevailing regulations, international standards and company strategy.
Continually review and update the prevailing regulation and other international standards register including its compliance program.
Ensure HSE compliance program is carried out to minimize the HSE risks and to avoid workplace incidents as well as environmental and social non-compliances.
Establish and implement HSE training program, including induction program to enhance employees and contractors HSE awareness and competence.
Establish and implement internal and external communication program including employees participation and consultation plan to facilitate effective HSE management system implementation.
Oversee contractors HSE performance against agreed standards to avoid HSE incidents.
Establish an Emergency Response Preparedness program, including resources and trainings to mitigate/remediate the unwanted emergency situation occurrence and periodically test and review its adequacy and suitability.
Ensure the incident investigation and analysis is carried out in accordance with company standards and procedures, and to develop the necessary corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence.
Establish and implement HSE inspection program to spot out potential non-conformance and followed by effective corrective and preventive action.
Establish HSE internal audit program to verify the effectiveness, suitability and adequacy of the HSE management system.
Generate regular HSE reports as mandated by regulations, such as AMDAL and IFC-PS.
Bring forth HSE reports in monthly basis and present it to Senior Management providing HSE management system performance including compliance status.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent.
Required skill(s): Occupational Safety, Health and Environment Management Standard (iso 14001, ohsas 18001, smk 3), hse management system audit, HSE regulation and international standards.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience as a section head level in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers.
Applicants must be willing to work in Tanjung Tabalong, Kalimantan Selatan

Water Management Engineer - Tanjung Power Indonesia

Work Location: Tanjung - Tabalong, South Kalimantan

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for developing and implementing water management plans and improvement program in the area of water catchment and the pit dedicated as water sources for power plant.
Develop and apply surface water models involving rainfall runoff/hydrology and open channel hydraulic processes for mine-scale water management planning, including watershed-scale analysis, reservoir evaluation, open channels hydraulic and hydraulic structures design analysis and maintenance.
Gathering, organizing, managing, and analyzing data on run-off water, water level, pumping requirement, climate, rainfall, etc., typically in a GIS/database environment.
Develop and maintain water quantity and quality data/analysis.
Data manipulation/analysis in spreadsheets, databases, and GIS using automation technique.
Communicate effectively with operating, geology, technical groups, contractors, etc.; and liaise with outside agencies to meet the operations overall objectives
Ensure that all related works comply with applicable environmental regulations
Technical writing for operations and project documents, including technical review of reports from external consultants (if any)

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent.
Required skill(s): Water Management, Enviroment Certification (Certified), Pengawas Operasional Pratama POP (Certified)
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers.
